Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Sales Specialist to join our team at Rack Petroleum. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our agricultural products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the retail team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including product management and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
  • Manage location and customer administration, including inventory receipt and processing, and accurate documentation.
  • Operate forklifts for shipping and receiving products, maintaining a high level of efficiency and safety.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, including protection products, fertilizers, seeds, and specialty services.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing and new customers, creating targeted call lists and promoting on-farm storage and buying patterns.
  • Collaborate with the team to build client loyalty and drive business growth.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • College graduate with a major in business administration or agricultural science preferred.
  • Previous work experience in agriculture or a related field is an asset.
  • Basic shipping and receiving experience, including inventory tracking and entering.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and communicate effectively.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair minor issues.
  • Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and The Rack company software.
  • Familiarity with Rack Petroleum products and services.
  • Ability to live in or close to North Battleford, SK.
