We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at 2777017 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our production department.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to staff members, ensuring they understand job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and promotions, to ensure the team is well-equipped to meet production goals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize productivity.
- Quality Control: Implement measures to enhance product quality and recommend process improvements to maintain high standards.
- Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to ensure efficient workflow and meet production deadlines.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support production operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential.
- Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and under pressure.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, flexibility, judgment, organization, and teamwork abilities are essential.
