Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Nairn Convenience Store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Assign tasks and duties to sales workers, establishing work schedules to meet business needs.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and initiative.
- Ability to work 35 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
