Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Keewatin Pizza and Convenience Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Store Operations: Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage stock levels, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with regular use of computer and other office equipment.
- Parking: Ample parking available for employees.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Language: English.
