Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Nairn Convenience Store. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and establishing work schedules.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- 3-4 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Accurate and organized with a strong attention to detail.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to work effectively in a dynamic setting. You will be required to work 35 hours per week, with a permanent contract.
