Salary Range


We offer a competitive salary of $43,000 to $50,000 per year, plus participation in our Annual Profit Sharing Program.


Job Description


As a Business Development Trainee, you will progress through a 5-phased program to learn every aspect of our business from shipping and receiving to sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and more.


Key Responsibilities


  • Learn products, sales support, and logistics in Phase 1 - Warehouse Logistics
  • Get involved in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, credit management, financial statements, and more in Phase 2 - Operations
  • Go from helping customers with product issues to managing large-scale projects in Phase 3 - Inside Sales/Project Management
  • Learn how to find new business opportunities, sell products, negotiate contracts, and build relationships in Phase 4 - Outside Sales/Account Management
  • Determine your ideal career path in Phase 5
