Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our kitchen team as a Culinary Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, inspecting kitchens and food service areas, and training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest quality standards.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Cleanliness: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
