Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at 2490569 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our company's culinary standards and guidelines.
- Kitchen Operations: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and provide guidance on kitchen operations and procedures.
- Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain accurate records of inventory and usage.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the kitchen remains in good working order.
