Job Title: Functional Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Functional Support Analyst to join our Customer Support team at Oracle NetSuite. As a Functional Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our NetSuite product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the Order to Cash process, including sales, invoicing, and payment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with new features and product enhancements
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives
Requirements:
  • Current college/university student in business or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical skills with focus on detail
  • Strong time management and teamwork skills
  • Eagerness to learn and develop product expertise
