Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Harnois Energies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations.
  • Authorize return of merchandise and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Establish work schedules and manage store inventory.
  • Sell merchandise and meet sales targets.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve store goals.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant work experience.
  • Retail service establishment or gas bar experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and staff.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing store conditions.
