About the Role

The Litigation Support Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the execution of litigation support projects, ensuring the quality and timeliness of each project. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the full life cycle of projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical specifications and advising on best practices to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify potential project problem areas and develop solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of production staff, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the production staff and clients, ensuring that communication is clear and effective throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or JD degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation support, with a strong technical background.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Relativity, IPRO, LAW PreDiscovery, Concordance, Summation, or other review database applications.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
