About the Role

Bayer is seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Lead to join our team in Grande Prairie, Alberta. As a key member of our Crop Science division, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through the effective use of digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption of Bayer's digital solutions, including precision agriculture technologies and farm management software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for digital innovation and growth.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including training and troubleshooting of digital tools and technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of precision agriculture technologies and farm management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
