Job Description

Hyundai Capital Canada is seeking a highly skilled Product Pricing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our pricing and sales strategy team, you will play a critical role in developing market-competitive product and pricing proposals to support sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of market-competitive product and pricing proposals to support sales objectives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely launch of new vehicle special programs, promotions, and pricing.
  • Drive success in the Max Standard Loan program by balancing volume and profitability.
  • Provide operational support related to sales programs to ensure a high capture rate.
  • Support retention by facilitating the development and launch of loyalty programs in market.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of related financial analysis experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of competitive sales analysis experience.
  • Experience in automotive sales and/or automotive financing is preferred.

Education and Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, or mathematics required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Advanced user proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and/or AWS is a must.
  • Working experience with Tableau, SAS database, RPA, and analysis tools is preferred.
  • Experience in VBA and Advanced Macro Programming (MS Office) is an asset.
  • Expert-level skills with financial calculation and business case development to support product/pricing actions.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking.
  • Excellent work ethic, time management, and ability to prioritize.
