Job Overview:

As a Retail Territory Manager, you will be responsible for representing ACOSTA in their territory and ensuring all client standards are met. This includes maintaining 100% distribution of existing items and effectively communicating information from the principal to store staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for in-store programs.
  • Conduct sales presentations to the store and/or store manager to promote products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute plans and achieve results.
  • Provide excellent customer service to store staff and ensure a positive experience.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/customer service in grocery stores.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable car.
