Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Organize the daily operations of our cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean the bar area and wash glassware to maintain a high level of hygiene and presentation.
  • Service Delivery: Serve food and snacks to our customers, taking orders and handling payments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock to ensure we have the necessary supplies.
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standard.
  • Communication: Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
