Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food Service Staff to join our team at Sumo Sumo Sushi Bar & Grill. As a Food Service Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers
  • Advise customers on menu selections and provide recommendations
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages to customers
  • Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Work Environment

As a Food Service Staff at Sumo Sumo Sushi Bar & Grill, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity while providing exceptional customer service.
