Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sushi Bar Attendant to join our team at Sumo Sumo Sushi Bar & Grill. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to our guests.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to our guests and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Serve food and beverages to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
