About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Delivery Lead to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our Technology Portfolio, you will be responsible for managing and delivering technology initiatives in alignment with Enterprise Change Management policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership to plan and lead end-to-end technology execution of initiatives within the Technology Portfolio.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to ensure the right technology partners are engaged to execute project deliverables and support keeping projects/programs on track.
  • Evaluate and escalate any gaps to eliminate technical barriers.
  • Support planning at all levels to understand work responsibilities and dependencies to set the right expectations.
  • Collaborate with Technology Directors to establish high-level architecture and components of solutions.
  • Effectively manage financials/budget to ensure approval of funding and discipline cost management.
  • Engage business and technology stakeholders, vendors, and manage governance forums to ensure timely, transparent, and effective decision making.
Requirements:
  • Six+ years' experience leading technology initiatives throughout the full life cycle.
  • Prior experience with infrastructure and information security is required.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, Business Process Improvement, or Change Management Certification is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently, organizing senior cross-functional teams.
  • Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in vendor management, including facilitating and maintaining relationships.
  • Proven delivery track record in both business and technology projects.
What We Offer:
