Business Intelligence Analyst Role

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to analyze sales data, identify trends, and offer insights to enhance sales performance. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the sales team and other departments to improve sales strategies and support company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Gather, assess, and interpret sales data to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
  • Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, emphasizing key findings and recommendations.
  • Sales Forecasting: Support the projection of future sales trends using historical data, market analysis, and ongoing sales activities.
  • Performance Tracking: Oversee and assess the effectiveness of sales campaigns and initiatives, offering feedback and improvement suggestions.
  • Market Research: Perform market research to gain insights into industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer preferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales analyst or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
