We are seeking a Recreation and Aquatics Supervisor to join our team at the City of Maple Ridge. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and administering aquatic programs at an indoor/outdoor aquatics facility.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in aquatic programming and leadership, with the ability to plan, develop, coordinate, evaluate, and promote programs to meet the identified needs and interests of target populations.

Responsibilities will include managing pool operations, supervising staff and volunteers, and analyzing situations to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
