About the RoleThe Care Manager Lead is responsible for overseeing the delivery of nursing services to meet the assessed needs of our residents. This involves assessing, implementing, evaluating, reporting, and documenting actions to affect positive outcomes related to their health.
We're looking for someone with 2 years' experience in Long Term Care (Gerontology) who can demonstrate an active interest in ongoing education. As a registered nurse with current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, you'll be responsible for ensuring nursing staff perform assigned tasks and duties.
This role requires strong leadership skills, as you'll be accountable for coordinating, implementing, and managing Home-wide programs such as Skin care, Behaviour Management, Infection Control, Back Care, CQI/Risk Management, Palliative Care, Quality of Life, Health and Safety.
Responsibilities- Assess and develop care plans that address the unique needs of each resident
- Lead and support nursing staff in providing high-quality care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislative requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve optimal resident outcomes

In this role, you can expect an estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
