Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead our disaster restoration projects in Toronto/Richmond Hill.

About the Role:

  • SUPERVISE CONSTRUCTION EFFORTS: Lead onsite construction teams to ensure projects meet design, code, quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
  • MANAGE MULTIPLE PROJECTS: Organize and supervise multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY: Serve as primary contact for clients, field personnel, suppliers, inspectors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience (3-5 years) with disaster restoration or construction projects.
  2. 3+ years of construction management experience.
  3. 2+ years of supervisory experience in building construction.
  4. Ability to perform physical labor, handle materials, and work in tight spaces.

Salary and Benefits:

$85,000 - $105,000 per year. Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
