Financial Planning and Retirement Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate to support our top-producing Financial Planners in meeting sales objectives and related activities. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support, manage client contact, and develop relationships with service partners to ensure operational guidelines are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive administrative support to Financial Planners, including gathering and preparing materials for presentations, marketing initiatives, and other duties.
- Manage email and mail correspondence, responding to client requests and prioritizing tasks for Financial Planners.
- Ensure Financial Planners' diaries are effectively time-managed to create capacity for all required activities.
- Develop relationships with service partners to ensure operational guidelines are adhered to and transactions are processed efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and service partners.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Experience in administration or secretarial tasks is an asset.
- Fluency in both French and English is required to serve RBC's French and English-speaking customers.
