Senior Estate Planning Advisor

As a Senior Estate Planning Advisor at National Bank Financial, you will play a key role in supporting clients and Investment Advisors with their estate planning needs. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality expertise and services in succession, retirement, and taxation.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support the region's Investment Advisors and clients in estate planning.
  • Conduct client interviews, establish trust relationships, and draft detailed estate planning recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
  • Manage complex cases with tight deadlines in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions on estate planning to Investment Advisors.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities for all services and products offered by National Bank Financial.
Requirements
  • Member of the Barreau or of the Chambre des notaires du Québec.
  • 10 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of estate planning concepts, including succession law, trusts, and administration of the property of others.
  • Significant experience in an expert advisory role.
