About the Role
The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to top-producing Financial Planners, Investment and Retirement Planning, in meeting sales objectives and related activities. This role will be responsible for developing relationships with service partners to ensure operational guidelines are adhered to and transactions are processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay informed of current market trends and economic news.
- Provide critical information and documents to Financial Planners to facilitate their duties.
- Manage Investment and Retirement Planner's correspondence and communication.
- Effectively manage the Financial Planner's calendar and schedule.
Requirements
- Highly organized with exceptional multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and a team player with a strong sense of initiative.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in administrative software.
- Experience in administration or secretarial tasks is an asset.
