We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Operations Manager to join our team at 9270-2802 Québec Inc.

Job Summary:

The Delivery Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our delivery team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the delivery team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a noisy environment and will be required to work under pressure.
