Job Summary:
Closing the Gap Healthcare is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients in their homes, providing personalized therapy services to improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and develop personalized therapy plans
- Provide therapy services in clients' homes, using a hybrid model of care that includes face-to-face and virtual interactions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Use critical thinking to provide complex preventative or corrective actions for clients
Requirements:
- Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Occupational Therapy
- Current active registration and good standing as an Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
