We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Process Engineer to join our team at Rio Tinto's Iron Ore Company in Labrador City, NL.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the design, development, and operation of processes for converting and refining raw materials into products.
- Collaborate with the Process team to ensure safe management of hazards across the Rio Tinto IOC processes.
- Assist in managing hazards of potential catastrophic nature within multiple cycles from mine to concentrating, to smelting and refining copper.

To be eligible for the Graduate program, you must have:
- Completed your studies within the last two years (2022, 2023) or be working towards graduation.
- Bachelor or master's degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or other related field.
- Less than two years of relevant work experience (local and international).
- Right to work in Canada.
- Valid driver's license.
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team.
- Excellent analytical capability, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Leadership skills, eagerness to learn, and readiness for the challenges ahead.
