Job Overview
The Project Coordinator, Roofing and Cladding plays a vital role in the success of Lindsay Construction's Roofing and Cladding department. As a key member of the team, this individual will be responsible for estimating and coordinating projects within the department, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the preparation of estimates, project coordination, and submitting warranty claims
• Schedule existing and future work, ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns
• Set up work orders and prepare change orders, invoices, and purchase orders as needed
Requirements
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Excel skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong multitasking and time management skills
• Experience in customer service and knowledge of construction principles
Desired Skills
• Successful completion of a CET or equivalent program
• Knowledge of CAD and understanding of roofing and/or cladding systems
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
