Job Summary:

Ainsworth is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and managing project scope, schedule, and financial performance. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in sales/estimating hand-off meetings to ensure full project understanding and required information.
• Create detailed project work plans, including resource allocation, equipment needs, and financial planning.
• Develop project schedules and manpower plans, coordinating with tradesmen to meet deadlines.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project, monitoring scope, schedule, and financial health.
• Participate in monthly project reviews, including estimated cost at completion and early identification of issues.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, including clients, management, personnel, and suppliers.
• Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues, escalating to management if necessary.
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years related field experience.
• College/University graduate.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project applications.
