We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Builder Specialist to join our team at DORA Construction.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position with an estimated salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the trade and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.

Job Description

The Master Builder Specialist will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction projects from start to finish. This includes:

  • Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Managing and training a team of carpenters and other tradespeople.
  • Coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that project requirements are met.

  • A strong background in carpentry and construction management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
