About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Nova Scotia Health. As a Physiotherapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with actual or potential impairment, pain, functional limitations, or disabilities.

You will provide service in outpatient, inpatient, and community settings, educating and communicating with other health disciplines, the general public, family members, and caregivers. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are required.

The successful applicant may be required to provide services anywhere within the Rehabilitation Services portfolio.

About You

We are looking for a Physiotherapist with a Bachelor's degree or entry-level master's program in Physiotherapy from an accredited university. Membership with the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists is also required.

Computer skills, including statistics input, word processing, and Outlook, are necessary. Annual Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation certification (BCLS) is also required.

Competencies in other languages, particularly French, are an asset.

Hours and Compensation

This is a Permanent Full-time position with 75 hours bi-weekly. The hourly rate is $33.97 - $42.89.
