Position: Rehabilitation Physiotherapist

The Nova Scotia Health Authority is looking for a dedicated Rehabilitation Physiotherapist to become a vital part of our healthcare team. In this role, you will be tasked with evaluating, diagnosing, and providing treatment for patients experiencing a range of physical challenges and disabilities across various environments. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring students and support staff, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals and engaging with patients' families. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this position.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or an entry-level master's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Registration with the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists
  • Competence in computer applications and current CPR certification
  • Additional training or education in specialized physiotherapy fields is advantageous
  • Proficiency in French is considered an asset

Position Details
  • Permanent Part-Time role (60%); 45 hours bi-weekly

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate of $42.89
