Job Summary

Ultramet Industries Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to conduct component defect investigations, examinations, and tests. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations and examinations of components to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data from accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Inspect and evaluate materials and equipment to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Remove and replace defective parts to maintain product quality.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of inspections and testing.
  • Ensure that procedures are conducted in accordance with laws and regulations.
  • Verify that process steps are carried out according to specifications.
  • Ensure that products meet established quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Work Environment

This is a temporary position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
