Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at REMOTELY PILOTED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS OPERATIONS AND TRAINING CORPORATION. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information systems and a passion for ensuring the highest quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and develop technical solutions that meet their needs.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide ongoing support to our clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in information systems.
  • Strong knowledge of business intelligence, usability testing, and robotic process automation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
