Insurance Broker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Broker to join our team at Acera Insurance. As a Broker, you will be responsible for marketing a variety of Commercial accounts, liaising between the Sales team and Underwriters, and fulfilling a mentoring and advisory role as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review documentation, including submissions, proposals, and market response summaries.
- Analyze clients' operations and exposure to risk to build out insurance coverages.
- Coordinate renewal strategies with client executive teams.
- Handle routine market and coverage inquiries.
- Ensure accurate processing and receipt of policy documentation.
- Stay informed on industry changes through training and other business-related courses.
- Maintain professional relationships with underwriters, co-workers, and clients.
- Provide exceptional service to Client Advisors and Client Executives.
- Supports a cohesive team environment.
- Adaptable to working effectively as a team or independently.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- 3-5 years experience in Commercial Lines.
- Ability to use creativity in structuring subscription placements.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Self-starter with advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and EPIC.
