The District Sales Manager is a key role within Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween, responsible for overseeing the operation of multiple Spirit stores. This seasonal position requires a strong leader who can manage sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, and expense control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of 3-4 Spirit stores, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet sales goals and objectives.
- Control expenses, manage inventory, and maintain a safe and secure store environment.
- Collaborate with the district manager to achieve sales targets and implement company initiatives.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, provide feedback, and address any issues.
Requirements:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical demands include standing for over 8 hours, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
