As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our early childhood programs, ensuring the highest quality of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Supervise staff, trainees, and volunteers to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with early childhood educators and supervisors to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and address any concerns or issues.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, community service providers, and families.
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of early childhood educators and assistants.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • First Aid Certificate and Criminal Record Check.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities.
