Facility Construction Supervisor

The Facility Construction Supervisor (based in City of Weyburn) will oversee and manage the construction of industrial facilities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards. This role requires proficiency in reading and interpreting ISO drawings, supervising crews, coordinating resources, and managing project timelines for facility builds, as well as expertise in using the ACORN program for project management.

Key Responsibilities:
~ Supervise and coordinate daily activities on construction sites

~ Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and ISO standards

~ Read and interpret ISO drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy during construction

~ Use the ACORN program to manage and track project timelines, budgets, and resources

~ Collaborate with clients, contractors, and engineers to meet project goals

~ Provide guidance and direction to construction teams

~ Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges as they arise

Qualifications:
~ Proven experience as a Facility Construction Supervisor in the energy or industrial sector

~ Proficient in using the ACORN program for project management

~ Strong knowledge of construction practices, ISO standards, safety regulations, and project management

~ Ability to read and interpret ISO drawings and blueprints

~ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
