Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute plans to support the successful delivery of projects and activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, assessment, and sustainment.

- Proactively build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

- Act as the integrator and communication focal point for all change and education deliverables within specific project tracks and ensure completeness of the change management plan.

- Identify potential people risks and anticipated points of resistance; develop plans to mitigate concerns.

- Provide formal and informal change management coaching to the project team and business stakeholders.

- Share best practices with the change management & training team to accelerate the development of change readiness, training roll out, and sustainment acumen across the program.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related discipline.

- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.

- 3-5 years' experience in change management or large-scale transformation projects in a leadership capacity.

- Vertical retail and/or business operations experience highly desirable.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause identification skills.

- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written, and verbal.

- Excellent listening and facilitation skills.

- Coaching and mentoring skills, especially influencing others to move toward a common goal or vision.

- Entrepreneurship and resourcefulness – a self-starter.

- Self-awareness, with a desire for constant self-improvement.

- Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team as a Change Analyst. The successful candidate will have a strong background in change management and be able to work effectively with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
