We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Front Counter Sales Representative at our Victoria, BC location.

About the Role

This temporary position involves creating a welcoming environment for customers, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Greeting and directing customers with a professional and enthusiastic attitude to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Answering incoming calls while handling customer inquiries, concerns, or questions.
  • Providing product knowledge information to customers in a confident and friendly manner.
  • Preparing and presenting customer quotes.
  • Entering appointments and orders into POS/internal systems.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service, counter or inside sales roles (preferred).
  • A demonstrated understanding of the automotive/related industry and an aptitude for learning product knowledge.
  • Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
  • Effective problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills.
  • The ability to lift 30-50 lb tires as needed.
  • A commitment to safety and adherence to safe work protocols.
