We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bakery Sales Associate to join our team at our Harris Green location. As a key member of our front counter team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner

• Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front counter, display cases, and stockroom

• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience

• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure an attractive and well-stocked store environment

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and make recommendations to customers

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous retail or customer service experience an asset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
