Industry Leader for Brewery Operations

At Silversmith Brewing Company, we are seeking an experienced Brewery Supervisor to oversee our brewery operations and lead a team of skilled professionals. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production of our craft beers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising and training staff, managing production schedules, and implementing efficiency improvements. They will be knowledgeable about brewery operations, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job Summary: The Brewery Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our brewery, including production scheduling, staff training, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train staff to ensure the efficient production of our craft beers.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet quality and quantity targets.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of workers.
Qualifications:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in brewery operations or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, and work under pressure.
