Brewery Operations Manager

At Silversmith Brewing Company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brewery Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our brewery, ensuring that all production processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of brewery staff, including training and development
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Prepare and submit reports on production performance and other relevant metrics
- Recommend improvements to production processes and procedures
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a brewery or related environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
