Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at ATWALZ HAIR STUDIO INC. as a Bookkeeper. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balance and other statistical reports.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
