About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Representative to join our team at Ecolab. As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive cleaning and sanitation program to our customers in the quick service restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow sales and retain existing customers by providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Maintain and repair equipment systems used by customers, including dispensing systems and commercial dishmachines.
  • Provide customers with feedback and training on cleaning and sanitation best practices through high-quality surveys.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Availability to provide emergency call assistance, which may occur at night, on weekends, and over holidays.
  • Ability to travel to the US for training and meetings.
Physical Demands

This role requires lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly.
