We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Andy's Masonry & Renovations Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, as well as mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.

The successful candidate will also assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additionally, they will be responsible for cleaning and piling salvaged materials.

Our company offers a supportive environment for newcomers and refugees, providing on-the-job training and mentorship opportunities. We also offer support for veterans in translating their military skills and experience into the civilian job market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials

Requirements:

  • Reliability
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Ability to handle heavy loads
