Job Title: Construction Labourer and Helper

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Flower City Contracting Services Inc. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers on various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Provide support to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
Requirements:
  • Will train
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
