Ontario Retail Account Manager, Key Accounts

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at High Liner Foods. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the Ontario retail market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement annual business plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators and market trends.
- Manage merchandising planning and development, including product assortment and trade promotion.
- Forecast sales and revenue using market intelligence and customer data.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in consumer packaged goods organizations.
- Excellent negotiating, assessment, and analytical abilities.
- Practical experience with category management.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of syndicated data sources.
