Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at High Liner Foods. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the Ontario retail market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement annual business plans.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators and market trends.
  • Manage merchandising planning and development, including product assortment and trade promotion.
  • Forecast sales and revenue using market intelligence and customer data.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in consumer packaged goods organizations.
  • Excellent negotiating, assessment, and analytical abilities.
  • Practical experience with category management.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of syndicated data sources.
