Responsabilidades:

  • Identifica oportunidades para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes a través de la comunicación efectiva y las habilidades de exploración para guiar a los clientes hacia los productos y servicios disponibles de Inversión Directa.
  • Trabaja dentro de los indicadores de rendimiento especificados para todas las comunicaciones con los clientes (verbales o escritas).
  • Mantiene una imagen profesional de la banca y Direct Investing Inc. en todo momento.
  • Promueve activamente la capacidad y la funcionalidad del sitio web de Direct Investing y las capacidades móviles, identificando oportunidades de autoatención para los clientes.
  • Brinda un servicio útil, conocedor, preciso, rápido y cortés a los clientes, incluyendo la finalización oportuna y cortés de instrucciones de comercio a través de teléfono o medios electrónicos, todo dentro de los requisitos y directrices regulatorios y de la empresa.
  • Entiende y aplica las reglas y regulaciones de la industria (IIROC, provinciales, etc.), así como las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa y Direct Investing Inc. a todas las actividades realizadas.
  • Executa con precisión las instrucciones de los clientes dentro de las autoridades definidas y asegura que los clientes tengan los medios para cumplir con las obligaciones de liquidación de comercio.

Requisitos:

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés y francés (verbal, escrito y transcripción), habilidades analíticas y de gestión del tiempo, así como atención a los detalles.
  • Conocimiento de inversión canadiense (ya sea desde la experiencia laboral o personal).
  • Deberá poder cumplir con los requisitos tecnológicos y de confidencialidad del rol (espacio privado y tranquilo, conexión a Internet, etc.).
  • Grado universitario o diploma o al menos 1 año de experiencia relevante en un rol de servicio al cliente, impulsado a ayudar a satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente como Empleado de Oficina Remota (ROE), trabajando en su oficina en casa con habilidades de gestión del tiempo, organización y resolución de problemas probadas.
  • Habilidades de construcción de equipo, resolución de problemas y navegación de computadoras, así como iniciativa y capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas.
  • Habilidades de servicio al cliente excepcionales y habilidades telefónicas amistosas y profesionales.
  • Flexibilidad total para ser programado para horas semanales, cualquier hora durante: lunes - domingo, 7 - 8 EST (8 horas de trabajo)
  • La finalización del curso de CSC o CPH es un activo, pero no es requerido.
